delayed perfection”

Impact Brief
From day one, we have been committed to internally assess every interaction we’ve had with students, and still today, we remain overwhelmed by the fantastic feedback we receive both on the quality of our trainers and our content. Analysing this data and feedback has allowed us to regularly reflect on our work and make the adjustments and additions to widen our scope, increase our impact and maintain our relevance.

Feedback
Feedback is taken from every participant in every live MADE workshop. The feedback from each workshop is collated into a feedback report showing both qualitative and quantitative data. Our clients will receive their reports within five days of the delivery of the workshops.
The quantitative data we capture from all of our workshops gets incorporated into accumulated databases which allow us to interpret and analyse long-term trends and maintain high standards for our delivery team. We use the qualitative data to identify improvements and changes that can be made to our content, resources and pedagogical approaches.
Feedback Statistics
We love the work we do and we're great at it too. The feedback we receive from students, teachers and parents confirms this. This data has been compiled from over 250,000 students, teachers and parents.
Independent Evaluation
Since 2017, our live delivery has also been externally evaluated by professional independent bodies as part of the Office for Students Uni Connect programme. This impartial evaluation has shone a light on other areas of our impact and we’re incredibly proud of the findings.
The process evaluation data below was obtained from 4101 post-workshop surveys collected from 3869 students across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset in 2019. Workshops included study and revision skills development (with additional workshops for teachers and parents and carers), and workshops guiding students through planning their future career paths and clarifying how they will achieve their goals and aspirations.
