Revision and exam periods are undeniably a stressful period for both students and teachers. Here at MADE we have identified the triggers for stress and ways in which students can overcome such stresses and concentrate on what’s most important. We are proud to have helped many students identify ways in which they can focus their energy on studying and revising for upcoming exams whilst remaining calm and in control. Each technique delivered has been well researched and proven to be effective when delivered to students.
