Peer tutoring – challenging students to reflect on tutoring holistically

I thought Sander was great, very engaging and good at getting the students involved. I was particularly impressed by the peer tutoring session which challenged the students to reflect on tutoring holistically. Thinking about the multiple dimensions of being a peer tutor including body language, matching and tone, as well as the practical skills required. These psychosocial dimensions of being a peer tutor will also be useful outside of the boundaries of education.
