“Thank you for all your help and support in the lead up to our visit last Friday.  I felt that the communication from yourself and the company has been excellent.  When booking this type of event, I’m always worried about the quality of the delivery.  I can safely say that I was extremely impressed and I knew that this wasn’t going to be an issue after seeing your trainer in action for the first five minutes.  His energy and enthusiasm really engaged the pupils in both sessions.  His touch of humour was also really effective.  I thought the workshops were really thought-provoking and the students picked up a variety of new skills to help support their studies and revision.
