Hello. This is our story.

We know that our workshops can only be as good as those delivering them. Therefore, we vet and train our facilitators exceptionally thoroughly. Each carefully selected recruit undergoes intensive training and co-delivery over a six-month period throughout which they are observed and appraised. Our trainers are regularly supervised and monitored to ensure that they continue to deliver the best quality training and are continually progressing. Regular development sessions are held to share best practice and contribute to workshop development and design.

We are incredibly proud of the team we’ve put together. We love working with a group of such interesting and dynamic people, passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
