Recommendations

This week I received a call from a senior teacher in Hertfordshire. He mentioned to me, that whilst on a night out, MADE had been recommended to him by a teacher from another school. Whilst our countless testimonials and sharing of feedback reports remain great ways for us to expand our client base of schools and colleges, a direct recommendation from one trusted educator to another, is for us, a wonderful recognition of the quality of our work.

It is fantastic for us to hear that teachers are talking about their positive experiences with MADE, long after the event has finished.

With recommendations buzzing around my head, it got me thinking about my many phone calls with teachers, business managers and SLT members. After outlining the objectives and outcomes of our workshops, the conversations often progress with a teacher asking me for my recommendations. This request then leads to us discuss the challenges of a particular year group and finding the right workshop to develop their skills. We pride ourselves not on ‘selling’ you a product but working with you in consultation to match the most relevant workshops to your student cohorts.
